Twice a year, we conduct group training sessions for women at 6-7 locations. With a commitment to quality education, each course accommodates 10-20 students, ensuring personalized attention and hands-on learning. Successful graduates go on to work in factories or start their own business from home.
Recognizing the potential for success in our trainees, we invest in their future by providing sewing machines to selected individuals based on their skills and financial need. This investment goes beyond education – it’s a tangible step towards economic independence and sustainable livelihoods.
Our vocational initiatives now extend to teaching driving to unemployed young men and women. Through these classes, we equip men and women with the skills necessary to gain employment opportunities, providing them with a pathway to economic empowerment.
